Version 2026-06-27. These terms govern access to Agentic Services and the business, workflow, and messaging tools provided through the application.
By creating an account or using Agentic Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or use the service.
You may use the service for lawful business planning, research, project coordination, document handling, and related internal collaboration. You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data. Access to or use of the service from jurisdictions, entities, or persons where such access is restricted or prohibited by applicable law is not permitted.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify the operator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain responsibility for the projects, documents, prompts, messages, contact information, and other materials you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and process that content through the service.
The service may generate AI-assisted suggestions, drafts, summaries, workflow steps, or other outputs. Those outputs are provided for assistance only and should be reviewed by a human before you rely on them for business, legal, financial, or operational decisions.
The service may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time. Features, models, integrations, storage behavior, and limits may be updated without prior notice as the application evolves.
Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated, if access was granted in error, or if continued use presents security, legal, or operational risk.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
