Version 2026-06-27. This policy explains what information Agentic Services processes and how that information is used inside the application.
The service may process account details such as username, email address, hashed password, preferences, project content, uploaded files, contacts, workflow data, messages, and AI prompts or outputs that you choose to store in the application.
Information is used to authenticate users, operate projects and workflows, store documents, send or receive in-app mailbox content, personalize the interface, and support AI-assisted features that you invoke.
When AI features are used, relevant prompts, context, and selected content may be sent to configured model providers or local runtimes. External tools and integrations may also receive the minimum information required to fulfill a request you initiate.
Data is stored in the application database and, when enabled, local or app-managed file storage. Information may be retained until deleted by a user, removed by an administrator, or purged as part of maintenance, backup, or security operations.
Information is shared only with the users, organizations, automations, and configured providers necessary to operate the service features you use, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to protect the security and integrity of the system.
The service uses access controls and application-level protections designed to reduce unauthorized access. No system is perfectly secure, and you should avoid storing information that your organization is not prepared to process in this environment.
You may update account preferences, change stored settings, and request deletion or deactivation through the application operator, subject to operational, backup, legal, and security constraints.
